Put Your Business in the Spotlight

Sponsoring an RSBA general membership meeting gives your organization a focused opportunity to connect with local business owners, community leaders, members, and guests.

Your $125 Spotlight Sponsorship includes

• Five minutes to share your story. Introduce your organization, explain what you offer, and help attendees understand how they can work with or refer you.
• Featured presentation support. Slides may be used when provided to RSBA at least seven days before the meeting.
• Exclusive table visibility. Provide centerpieces for up to 12 tables. You may bring branded tablecloths or use RSBA's black tablecloths.
• Audience engagement. Sponsors are encouraged to provide a giveaway for the luncheon drawing.
• Social media promotion. RSBA will recognize the sponsor before the meeting. Please provide a logo and any approved photographs or promotional images.
• Email recognition. Members will receive an announcement recognizing your organization as the meeting sponsor.
• Event photography. When available, RSBA will capture photographs of your presentation and giveaway recognition.

Sponsor preparation

Please plan to set up between 10:30 and 11:00 a.m. on the meeting date. Send presentation materials, your logo, images, and any special setup questions to RSBA in advance.

The Spotlight Sponsorship fee is $125. Complete the form and payment below to request and secure an available sponsorship date. RSBA will follow up to confirm scheduling and event details.
